The Year 8 French Bilingual\/Binational Program is based on concepts identified in the Australian Curriculum and aims to develop students\u2019 knowledge, skills and understandings as described in the achievement standard for years 7 and 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topics studied:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>French\/Fran\u00e7ais:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Les romans de chevalerie &#8211; chivalric romance<\/li><li>R\u00e9cits de voyage &#8211; Travel literature<\/li><li>Les villes, personnages de roman &#8211; cities as characters<\/li><li>La manipulation de l\u2019information &#8211; misinformation in media<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment:<\/strong> Student\u2019s work will be assessed against the Australian Curriculum achievement standards.
