The Year 8 Histoire\/G\u00e9ographie (FBBP) is based on concepts identified in the Australian Curriculum and aims to develop students\u2019 knowledge, skills and understandings as described in the achievement standard for years 7 and 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topics studied:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Histoire<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Le monde antique &#8211; The ancient world<\/li><li>Le moyen-\u00e2ge &#8211; The middle ages<\/li><li>La Renaissance et les temps modernes &#8211; Renaissance and modern times<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Geographie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Le civisme et la citoyennet\u00e9 &#8211; Civics and citizenship<\/li><li>L\u2019urbanisation &#8211; Urbanisation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment:<\/strong> Students\u2019 work will be assessed against the Australian Curriculum.
