Students will have opportunities to explore a range of robotics technology such as VEX IQ. They will then use programming languages similar to Scratch and Blockly.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students will have access to combine digital technology software and equipment such as CAD, CNC plasma, Laser Cutters and 3D printing with traditional and contemporary materials to create physical products.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projects may include:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Radio controlled Jouster<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coding a Vex robot to do a variety of challenges.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Assessment:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students\u2019 performance will be determined according to the subject\u2019s Achievement Standards as outlined in the framework of the Australian Curriculum.
