Student designs are resolved from the use of commercial pattern blocks, where they will develop personalised patterns for their final product. Students have opportunities to research, understand and reflect on their design and construction work, in a fashion trend context. The course includes the development of a brief, research, ideas (concepts) analysis and experimentation with ideas, techniques, finishing with a toile (practice garment) and their final garment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Assessment:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students\u2019 performance will be determined according to the subject\u2019s Performance Standards, as outlined by the SACE Board.
