Year 9 Visual Art focuses on building practical skills, problem-solving, and creative expression through independent and group projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You will explore both traditional and contemporary art practices, including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, digital art, and printmaking. You will investigate a range of cultural and historical art movements, learning how to analyse, critique, and reflect on your own work and the work of others.<\/p>\n<p><b>Assessment:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students\u2019 performance will be determined according to the subject\u2019s Achievement Standards as outlined in the framework of the Australian Curriculum. Grades A to E will be used for reporting purposes.
